OBJECT:  ACTIONS AND PROVISIONS OF RADIOTV INTEREST   PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2002   

In attached to present you can find a series of texts of interest for radio and tv: 

·  Common position (CE) n. 5/2002 defined from the Council 16 October 2001 in sight of the adoption of the decision of the European Parliament and the Council, relative to a normative picture for politics in radio spectrum matter in the European Community (Decision radio spectrum) (G.U.C.E. 2002/C 9/02 of the 11/01/2002); 

·  Committee of the Regions –  Opinion of the Committee of the Regions on the “6th relation on the performance of the normative picture for the telecommunications”  (19/01 G.U.C.E. 2002/C of the 22/01/2002); 

·  Modified proposal of decision of the European Parliament and the relative Council to a normative picture for politics in radio spectrum matter in European Community (G.U.C.E. 2002/C 2E/02 of the 29/01/2002).
